Head of HR treats you as if you’re stupid. You’re expected to do things that have never been discussed in the interview process or your day today. They ask you if you’ve done some thing that’s completely out of the blue and not usually in your typical day-to-day tasks but never talked ahead of time to get it done. Therefore you’re left looking like you didn’t do your job correctly or at all. I see this role as a lose-lose.
