1.You get to work in a role that you desire.i.e if the company can support you in a role they will. 2.Work atmosphere is relaxed,colleagues are very friendly. 3.Open door policy,anybody and everybody is available for personal face-face conversation including the company president.

1.Health benefit package does not stand in line with most IC design houses. 2.Compromise on salary and pay benefits.
