      Great Work life balance, it is rare to work more than 45 hours/week. The people are great and friendly. Management is receptive of concerns of personnel. Awesome developmental programs. Overall a great place to work and learn.

      Consulting can be a tough career. There is usually not any consistency with day to day job function. Once you get comfortable with a company it is time to move on to another.

      Compared to other consulting firms, the flexibility in the management here has been amazing. In my experience, teams do whatever they can to get the job done but also acknowledge that we have lives outside of work and are accommodating to that.

      Pay is not competitive compared to other consulting firms and leadership is not as innovative as they could be.
