      As in many companies, senior management plays favorites and its based on who is liked by upper management that moves ahead. Even if your individual ratings on each engagement are high, it doesn't matter since group class (when managers and above meet to rank each of the employees), all your individual ratings go outside the door.

      Compared to other consulting firms, the flexibility in the management here has been amazing. In my experience, teams do whatever they can to get the job done but also acknowledge that we have lives outside of work and are accommodating to that.

      Pay is not competitive compared to other consulting firms and leadership is not as innovative as they could be.
