Sometimes folks who come from long term Corporate Backgrounds struggle in our environment. They may require a higher level of daily management than we can offer and are not accustom to an environment of personal accountability. We work at a very fast pace and at very high levels of performance and I suspect those challenged to keep pace could feel insecure or threatened. That is certainly not our intent.
