      to say that this workplace is unhealthy is an understatement. Over three employees passed away from working here and developing chronic conditions, while several others developed conditions. If you have an issue with the management HR will come after you instead of resolving the situation. Even if you do everything you can to perform your best and have life situations and chronic illness that prevents you from performing fully, they will fire you like you are nothing. These higher ups are monsters.

Comprehensive training available in both a structured and unstructured environment (ie…. unstructured means furthering your knowledge and skill set above and beyond if you choose with available resources). This is a commission SALES job. If you don’t have a passion for sales, for learning your product and always understanding a changing sales environment, it will be a more difficult job.

      Because the product you are selling has a market based cost that can be unpredictable, some people get frustrated with things out of their control that makes selling the product more difficult at times and easier at times. People who have a difficult time with this unpredictability or have not put in the time and energy (pun) to understand the product they sell will be more challenged.
