- No time off. You pretty much get the federal bare minimum time off, Expect to not take a vacation or get sick pretty much ever.
- Their nepotism puts people in positions who have no clue how to work said positions.
- They just randomly fire people for no reason
- They don't really seem to care for minorities or women. Like seriously, this company lacks heavily in what we call 'diversity'. Very, very much so.
- Your manager will lie straight to your face
- Their company is failing due to STEEP competition in a very, very large industry. They simply cannot compete with larger companies.
- Lower than average pay all across the board.
- Extremely limited HMO health plans. This does not exactly work for everyone and their families.
- No onboarding or exit interview
- Culture is non-existent
