Healthcare costs are rather high but many places are the same

I have learned more working here than in all my other IT jobs combined. I lost my fear of dealing with problems I don't already know a solution for. The people are like a second family. I've worked for many companies that tout "we promote from within" but they really don't. PTIT really does. In 7 years, I have watched all of my coworkers move up roles. Not a single one stayed in the same spot. They really do work to move you up.

Being a smaller company, historically we were more agile to make needed changes. Over time, process has hindered the quickness with which we react to the changing needs of the company.
