I'm sorry to hear that you feel that way. These issues have never been raised by any other staff member and have never shown up in any of the semi-annual employee satisfaction surveys that you have had an opportunity to participate in. That leads me to believe that this is the result of something recent. If you feel comfortable, I encourage you to speak to your supervisor or Lindsey about these issues, or you can always ask to speak with me and no one would think twice about it. I am particularly concerned about your feedback on communication and training, since we pride ourselves on our communication with staff and believe we provide the most training out of any private agency in Eastern Massachusetts. For your concerns about the BCBAs, I would like to hear more so I can take specific constructive feedback to the Clinical team. Your comments would be kept anonymous. If you don't feel comfortable speaking with a supervisor or with me about these problems in more detail, then unfortunately we won't know how to make changes to improve your experience.
