The company is small but growing so you are able to learn and take on many tasks. There is a lot of potential for growth with the company because the owners have multiple sister-type companies which are all ran by the main accounting staff. They also have great benefits, full medical coverage, 401K benefits, and end of year bonuses.

All of the accounting software is construction based only, besides excel, so you can't take that knowledge anywhere else but another construction company.

The people at Proven Management are the reason I stayed so long. Especially the field staff. I don’t understand how such wonderful people work for such a horrible company

Management doesn’t care about employees They will over work you and underpay you especially if your female. They will walk all over you if you let them They will degrade, belittle and humiliate you in front of other employees They don’t have an HR department They take no action to complaints made by staff They don’t care about the people who work for them There turnover rate is so high, they have a revolving door They don’t care of the employees who give there all at the company but ones who are incompetent or unqualified are praised while the hard working ones are treated like garbage and receive no recognition for there efforts. If you stand up to Management you will be retaliated against
