My passion for the work I've grown into a career I love has been refueled since joining and until recently, I may have forgotten just how it feels to be truly valued within the organization when transparency, openness, and the focus are on being successful for the sake of others no matter if those are internal team members or clients.

Still small and nimble, in scaling phase past bootstrapping start-up and therefore some of the resources you may otherwise have with larger and earlier established organizations may offer, but at the trade-off of adding unnecessary process, red tape, stratified hierarchy, and organizational bureaucracy/internal politicking, which I believe is a hair away from nonexistent at PPG currently.
