Struggling company with a chaotic leadership approach - Recensione dipendente - Head of Marketing presso Proventeq

They hired me as Head of Marketing, with the mandate to hire a team and launch their new product. I was let go after just 6 weeks. I've subsequently learnt that the CEO has hired and fired 2 previous Heads of Marketing, and 3 new Sales directors have been and gone in the last 12 months! Do not work for this company! It is an impossible mandate. They are struggling and not open to change.
