Going downhill - Recensione dipendente - Cash Applications Specialist presso Providence

Training not on the same page... ever, HORRIBLE leadership everyone either had no experience or was best friends with their manager so it was a conflict of interest and did not feel comfortable reporting issues or concerns, retaliation is a real thing here even though they will never admit it. They preach about their mission and values but do not actually practice them as leaders. Didn't feel valued for hard work. Their budget is shot and they take it out on their employees.
