The company has become so cheap.

You will be repeatedly asked to provide feedback, but it will be killed with a 1 on 1. If I had laid down and taken the angry repercussions of their poor process implementation, and their complete lack of accountability, I would still be there - I just would have transferred to another manager. Some managers and teams are more toxic than others, but favoritism and bullying are allowed and seen Overworked and under-represented but was great for several years.
