Leadership lacks vision and strategic direction, and there’s a noticeable absence of accountability at the top. The relationship with Providence, the parent company and client, is poorly understood and inadequately supported internally, affecting overall cohesion. The leadership team is disorganized and frequently brings in consultants whose advice often goes unheeded, resulting in wasted resources. There is a high turnover rate and a lack of accountability from leadership. Leadership tends to favor recruiters, some of whom use outdated methods or lack basic technical skills, such as proficiency in PowerPoint. Non-recruiter employees may feel undervalued and disposable within the organization.
