The people were great and well educated

The food wasn’t that great

Co-workers & residents keep me coming back everyday. The pay is not worth the work that all leadership puts in.

Zero work/life balance On-call 24/7 Corporate has NO idea how the community runs, they act like they care about you, but they clearly do not & don't have your best interest at heart, just money. There are days that I'm in my office until 9pm trying to finish my tasks for the day because I'm interrupted so much throughout the day by unnecessary meetings & conference calls. Corporate micro-manages every director in the building. My regional nurse is non-existent and you can tell that he's just riding out this job until retirement; there have been several families that complained about him and how rude he was when I was on vacation and once again, corporate did nothing about it.
