      The atmosphere, the openness, the attention for the employee, thinking about solutions, the honesty. But it is not unimportant to be able to work on yourself. It is a great company with very nice colleagues who you see at appropriate times. We do fun things together outside of work. A joy to work here.

      The key trait an employer should possess that matters most to me is being able to recognise employee accomplishments: at Provolve IT reviewing, providing feedback and acknowledging one's work is a culture and this is so fulfilling. As an employee from Africa to be specific Uganda you would only work for a company in the Netherlands only if it believes in having a diverse workforce and this what Provolve IT is.

      I have not experienced any downsides to working for Provolve that are a consequence of company policy; of course, working in a market that is very demand-based has its ups and downs, for instance the time between assignments.

      Thank you for your nice words about your time with us so far. It's really appreciated. We strive for a minimum downtime in between assignments/projects of course but like you said: it's a demand based market which sometimes makes it a bit hard. Nevertheless we will always do our best. Thank you!
