When there are updates, they don't inform you unless you raise the question yourself - The content team does not have a style guide which should be a standard for such a team in their industry - Guidelines in the team are all over the place - They do not care about their employees in other departments at all, except for the agents - Very unprofessional agents. They allow their agents to use harsh and offensive language when giving out instructions. But employees from other teams are easily sanctioned over little mistakes in their words
