Lots of friendly coworkers who were willing to work together

Small company, so limited amount of human resources in certain areas

The people who work at Proxim are incredibly dedicated to the company. There is a great sense of comraderie there. They are in a very competitive wireless market.

Unfortunately, the company does not reward its employees for their dedication, and it has continuously cut salaries and benefits despite asking more and more of the employees. Many of the best people have left, unfortunately, but many great people remain there. If only the management could figure out what they want the company to be and stay the course, then perhaps they could start growing again and focus on employee retention.
