Disorganized at senior level of leadership. Toxic culture - heavy on the “play” part with pressure to socialize heavily. Additionally, people will step on each other to get to the next level. Heavy favoritism. Some tenured employees who have worked hard and had results have been put on “garden leave” without the chance to say goodbye to the team. Little value for tenured employees. Haphazardly growing with no defined plan for growth.
