Worst head office ever. - Recensione dipendente - Manager presso Pseudio

The problem does not come from store level but comes from head of departments/ head office/owners. They will tell you they are « a family owned company » and that they « value their employees » but they absolutely do not! No support or personal development/insane expectations/ VERY JUDGY head office ppl (during store visits they act like that they are better than the store team and stand there staring). They fire any one and everyone for no reason- after barely providing any training. I have worked for many retailers and never have I seen people being treated like this. They need to change their values and how they treat their people because employees will continue to complain and their company reputation is going down the drain! Read the reviews- don’t work there.
