I am a big fan of the opportunities for growth and the level of clinical independence that comes with PsychPlus. I like flexibility with scheduling and ability to set your own working hours. The team is very supportive and works hard to answer clinical questions quickly. Although we are all working virtual and nationwide, the company has an "open door policy" throughout which extends from colleagues, to managers, to executives. I like the simplicity of charting through Galaxy and knowing that the team is constantly working to improve processes for both providers and staff.

Over the years there has been a large push for growth with high volume acquisitions of several clinics and the UK company last year which should point to what should be a successful blueprint to making mental healthcare accessible to all.
