I love that there is no set schedule so I can log on literally whenever iwant. the call center is open 24/7 so that gives you plenty of time to get your minutes in. I appreciate that they pay every week on Saturday mornings and sometimes a day earlier. I heard you have Option to get paid on a daily bases but that only works if you're seriously putting in those hours. I love that's its w9 and no micromanagement

at first it seems like you never get calls but it just takes some time because most of the calls you get is because someone specifically chose your profile. once you start getting calls. if you make the most out of the call and make an impression that person will call you back with updates on their situation and ask for more insight. it's not like a w6 call center where calls come back to back to back and you wish it would stop. you may only get 3 calls in one hour so you just have to have the mindset that you are going to make an impression and don't be shy about asking them to extend the call but also give them a reason to want to extend the call with the information or insight you provide. like my advisor told me when I first started "hang in there" the calls will come. over time of you are committed you will start to realize the best times for you to log on
