7yFirst of all, thank you for your comments and expressing your - unfortunately negative - emotions.
We would like to reply to your opinions so as not to leave them without answers or explanations:
Indeed, we do ask employees to write their personal opinions on Glassdoor, but we never create ‘fake’ reviews and we don’t have any control over what they include. Glassdoor for Employers gives us the option to send a review request which we sometimes use as people are often not familiar with how important it is to rate the employer and help other candidates in understanding the company culture before joining the company.
To avoid having uncompetitive pay in PubNative, we regularly conduct salary surveys among startups in Berlin and we use them both for potential raises and for preparing offers for candidates. And we always tranfer the salaries in time.
Also, like many startups we restructured our team in order to improve our business line.
We strongly encourage you to contact us and talk about our common history, especially the points that triggered such negative emotions in you.
