Toxic management & HR - Recensione dipendente - Content Manager presso PubPlus

Management is toxic! There are approximately 3 core management members and besides them no one is safe. Anyone is replaceable. They decide on a policy one day and change it the next. Your boss can tell you one thing and then HR WILL INTERVENE AND CHANGE THAT. I've never heard or seen anything like it where HR takes on management roles and overturns professionals' decisions. Don't expect raises or perks like cibus/10bis. They're all about making you upload fun happy hour photos to your Instagram making it seem life a fun place, but they won't compensate you for your work.
