Great place to work with individuals with ASD and how visuals can and should be used to support communication.

A lot of administrative changes which impacted the daily operations. Paperwork and productivity standards could be overwhelming.

The children and families are a pleasure to work with. The ABA’s and others involved in direct care are highly dedicated to giving their best to these kids everyday.

Management does not communicate well. Often hostile, not open to input from their staff. Unorganized. Their behavior and actions do not align with their mission statement and their expectation of their employees.
