thank you for your honesty. We can see this wasn't a good experience, and we take that seriously.
Workload and compensation are important topics for us, and we know there's no perfect answer to either. What we can say is that we're actively working on how we structure teams and how we support people through busier periods.
We also want to address one point directly: we do not ask employees to write positive reviews, and we would never do so. Every review on this platform reflects the personal experience of the individual who wrote it. We believe in honest feedback, including the critical kind, because it's the only way we can actually improve.
