This is a Family owned business so you have to be sure of your own mettle so that you can cope with high expectations.

This is a mom & pop corporation, so personal information is really on the table. If you don't mind sharing with everyone that could be a good thing. Everyone is expected to put on many hats and required to prove capabilities over and over. Pay could be higher for those doing a multitude of jobs.
