Impractical expectations for company growth. For a dying industry, they sure have big expectations. Zero new products with the ability to help grow new sales. Milking the old customers, but nothing on the horizon. Engineering Managemnt at the top is lacking IMO, and I’ve heard the same from others. Not many smart people left, everyone saw the future and got out while they still could.
