It used be a good company. Engineers in team were very helpful.

All good engineers are leaving. Bad work culture is griping in. You have to agree to your manager on unreasonable deadlines. if you work 10 hours, manager wants you to work 12 hours. if you work 12 hours manager wants you to work 14 hours and so forth.... Manager doesn't respects your leaves, weekends anymore. Nobody cares of quality of product, feature should be out on 'paper'.
