      During my tenure, I faced the following things 1. Poor work culture where managers only shout instead of guiding 2. Irrelevant tasks are assigned frequently 3. Highly unreliable software causing constant delays and frustration 4. Unrealistic deadlines leading to poor software performance 5. Very low salary 6. Complete lack of job security 7. No work-life balance 8. Full of anxiety and negativity every day 9. Most positive reviews are possibly fabricated by management

      As their slogan says "Work hard party harder", Yes a great place to work. Friendly environment, lots of opportunities to learn new things. Energetic and young team. Decent office location, good internet connection, a surprising number of smart people around.

      Fruits in the pantry are a good feature but the same people hog on them every day, a session on courtesy is in order!

      none - in the title i put "the good" that was your site before Pulse touches it.

      Exactly what it says - a con. "the bad" is how you have to tell them to fix a bug 3, 5, 7 or more times. "The ugly", is what happens when you think you have a working site, then customers complain, it takes you hours to figure out how and why this would occur - all to figure out it is the programming. You are out time, sales, PR, credit to make things right, and you still don't have a working site.
