If one song could sum up my experience at Punch Studio, it would be a burnout anthem. Expect long hours, constant pressure, and taking work home. Management tends to micromanage and create a toxic environment rooted in insecurity and control. The managers are insecure, narcissistic bullies who treat designers as disposable rather than valued creatives. The turnover rate is incredibly high, most designers last about a year before moving on. Leaving was the best decision I made; I now earn much more and work in a far healthier environment.
