      Not sustainable. Overworked. Depends on Manager. Specific manager in R &D has cultural differences that translates into inappropriate expectations that has nothing to do with peformance. Beware. Also very low salary for the work you have to do.

      Main reason for leaving was management was extremely difficult to work for. Micro-managing, unsupportive, and could be very mean. Instant anxiety and dread wake up to go to work every morning.
