Lovely people to work with, both peers and bosses (very communal help-each-other-out kind of feeling)
Very casual atmosphere, not much sense of strict hierarchy at all (took me a couple weeks to figure out who my boss and boss' boss were, for example, as well as what people's job titles were)
No uniform, can wear whatever is comfy (within reason, of course)
Not customer-interaction based at all, unlike most retail jobs

Could be called too casual (when I arrived, no one seemed to know what to do with me, it seemed very disorganised and 'oh, just find one of the other girls to train her')
Lots of complex and different things to remember in relation to how to pack/what to include in different orders
