Management and HR are the most vile human beings on this planet, incompetent and have their "favourites" and treat people awfully. They lie to employees, they have no regard for mental health whatsoever, it is disgusting. They told all employees that they would all receive a letter telling them whether or not they're losing or keeping their jobs, this destroyed the team and made everyone extremely anxious. Everyday leading up to the letters, people were just randomly bursting into tears in the office.. grown adults crying at work! Whilst HR and management sit there without a care in the world, knowing they had caused all of this with their incompetence.
