Middle management don’t seem to get the memo on employee wellbeing. Makes me doubt the recruitment process to put these people into a people focus/remote management role

The only “good” thing is the small percentage of new equipment and that some gyms are 24 hours.

Management is unfair, cutting hours and expecting a single worker to handle the entire gym. Incredible staff are undervalued, while third-party cleaners and side services pretend to solve problems they don’t. Members are chaotic, shifts are impossible, and yet leadership refuses to hire properly. Think smarter, not cheaper.
