Senior management just don’t care about you. They are all in it for themselves. I heard them insulting people behind their backs so many time, even the CEO, this creates a poor culture. All seem good on the outside but looking under the skin of the business it is terrible. They also only employe people that do as they are told, you are not able to think or even challenge. If you do as you are told you get promoted or rewarded, if you think or challenge the senior team about how they act or what they are doing you will be asked to leave.
