      A big organisation with a lot of minds which can help with the development of fitness knowledge.

      Very emotional regional managers which can get in the way of logically running a club. Also a very clicky environment with a clear division between favourites and other members of staff

      The only “good” thing is the small percentage of new equipment and that some gyms are 24 hours.

      Management is unfair, cutting hours and expecting a single worker to handle the entire gym. Incredible staff are undervalued, while third-party cleaners and side services pretend to solve problems they don’t. Members are chaotic, shifts are impossible, and yet leadership refuses to hire properly. Think smarter, not cheaper.
