With regards to the aspects of your role you have raised as a concern, we will be using glass door as a feedback platform to look into how we can further support our team members however the meantime, we recommend speaking with your line manager to speak about how best they can support you straight away to improve these areas.

The only “good” thing is the small percentage of new equipment and that some gyms are 24 hours.

Management is unfair, cutting hours and expecting a single worker to handle the entire gym. Incredible staff are undervalued, while third-party cleaners and side services pretend to solve problems they don’t. Members are chaotic, shifts are impossible, and yet leadership refuses to hire properly. Think smarter, not cheaper.
