      I've just joined Pure Gym and my first impressions are great. I had a really good interview experience and everyone I've met so far is really friendly and supportive. The culture is open and collaborative and I couldn't have asked for a better start.

      The only “good” thing is the small percentage of new equipment and that some gyms are 24 hours.

      Management is unfair, cutting hours and expecting a single worker to handle the entire gym. Incredible staff are undervalued, while third-party cleaners and side services pretend to solve problems they don’t. Members are chaotic, shifts are impossible, and yet leadership refuses to hire properly. Think smarter, not cheaper.
