Pure Power upholds a high level of psychological safety: PMs and experienced engineers are happy to answer questions, and they spend time each week learning from each other and striving for constant improvement.

Communication between teams could be improved to more evenly distribute workload.

Company culture is fantastic. Management is not bloated or overbearing. Most people who join the company seem to stay.

Bottom heavy, there is limited upward mobility since many people join early in their career and are competing for the limited upper positions in management.
