Some balance required - Recensione dipendente - Senior Recruitment Consultant presso Pure Search

I feel it’s incumbent to balance out a couple of the more recent reviews as they seem to me overly negative. I’ve been here coming up to a year but am a fairly seasoned recruiter and I have to say it’s been great so far. The brand and platform is strong and it’s a collegiate environment. New CEO is relatively accessible and has made it clear that expectations and standards have been raised- I guess that means you either opt in or opt out to that. As I say early days but happy with it so far
