Lots of turnover in key leadership roles at corporate office in last year..service dept, marketing, IT, finance, HR and customer service negatively impacting the field. Lack of sales training. A small company trying to be too big....approx 35 sales reps nationally and trying to run like it’s a fortune 500 salesforce. Micro managed and data driven.
