We're always sad to lose experienced sales staff and your review is very helpful.
Since you gave your review we have embarked on a company-wide initiative to better understand and reward our top talent, including relating base pay to performance (in addition to an existing generous commission structure).
As usual things move fast at Pure360 and while our current period of high growth has generated lots of career development opportunities we do appreciate that this hasn't meant progression for everyone.
By the end of this year we expect the career development landscape to have been through some considerable changes to make it easier for employees to plan their own career development.
