Vantaggi
Some of the people that work there are great. It's a good place to go for one of your first jobs, because it's such a tough, tense atmosphere that you'll be able to cope with anything afterwards. Although tense, the atmosphere is quite buzzy (at times) and when the company is going well i.e. win a big new client (v.occasionally), the atmosphere is great.
Svantaggi
The amount of pressure put upon all teams is unbelievable. Pressure is vital in every business, but the way they deal with putting pressure on people is via bullying tactics, showing people up in meetings and making you generally feel like you're not good enough to do your job. This leads to an incredibly de-motivated team (particularly the sales team) and unhappy staff. That leads to unhappy clients, who then leave. Pure360 don't value looking after their staff, consistently making empty promises they don't follow through. Management lack real strategic knowledge and the ability to drive areas of the business that need progression in order for the whole company to succeed. Employees are not shown respect or appreciation for the hard work they do. Sales targets are unrealistic and people are bullied in this team by senior management. The product is shocking. The roadmap is released to clients, then the releases are always late. Then they wonder why clients leave... The account management team are told to be on the phone all the time (otherwise they're not doing their job), which is ridiculous. There is nobody heading up this team who understands how to grow accounts and help client relationships flourish. Priorities are all wrong, and unfortunately nobody listens to people on this team who have great ideas and actually understand client services.
