Seriously the company. Leadership is a joke. Directors and managers focus on petty stuff instead of training employees and doing good work. Chaos. No organization - just yelling (some people much much worse than others). Noone seems to have any *actual* technical knowledge in the advert industry and they openly laugh at the mom and pop shops for not knowing it. Product and knowledge of the industry are years behind but that doesn't matter if the mom and pop shops don't know anything either, right? Right. That's where you will work. Good luck. I wasted two years. Maybe a year ago they hired alot of really smart people with *actual* talent and knowledge and experience. I was excited because maybe they could help turn Purecars around but no... they have all left - *ALL* of them - probably because they were treated badly or realized Purecars is a mess and with no room to advance because of bad politics. Hire smart people and then treat them badly and don't let them help, right? Right. Disgusting culture and bathrooms too. They want everyone to write good reviews because I guess all the good people who quit left bad *honest* reviews... so here is my review. Read all reviews before you join!!
