      1. The founders are absolutely clueless and keep changing what they actually want to build. 2. In a development trap burning investors money 3. Horrible HR and work culture, where only corporate slaves will survive 4. Say no to anything, and you will be kicked out 5. No ethics or moral code and absolutely nothing to learn, as founders need babysitting themselves

PureCode Software operates with a clear product roadmap, responsibly manages investor funding, and makes strategic adjustments only when necessary. The claims about “corporate slaves,” retaliation for speaking up, and a lack of ethics are untrue — we maintain a professional, respectful workplace where performance and collaboration are valued.

      - The work environment is unbearable, filled with fear and exhaustion. Employees are expected to be available around the clock, leaving no trace of work-life balance. - Anyone who dares to speak up or question unfair treatment is shown the door without hesitation. - Leadership rules through intimidation, teaching everyone to stay silent and compliant rather than address problems. - Team relationships are poisoned by blame and mistrust. People throw each other under the bus just to survive, and no one cares who gets destroyed in the process. - Appreciation is nonexistent. Going above and beyond is met with indifference, as if hard work means nothing.
