Employees are expected to be available around the clock, leaving no trace of work-life balance. - Anyone who dares to speak up or question unfair treatment is shown the door without hesitation. - Leadership rules through intimidation, teaching everyone to stay silent and compliant rather than address problems. - Team relationships are poisoned by blame and mistrust. People throw each other under the bus just to survive, and no one cares who gets destroyed in the process. - Appreciation is nonexistent. Going above and beyond is met with indifference, as if hard work means nothing.
