Decent pay. Company doesn't require managers to do the cleaning of the units. They hire porters for that so that office managers can stay in the office 98% of the time. The pay bonuses for every unit rented. They pay a "Best Month Ever" bonus. If your protection plan percentage is above a certain percent, you will get a bonus. All positive reviews from customers, you get a bonus.

If your a weekend manager, you DO NOT GET review bonuses, that is ONLY for the week managers. Promotions are near to impossible due to not having many positions available because no body wants to leave. So if your a weekend manager, chances of getting a week manager position may never be possible, unless someone literally quits that position.

Corporate is easy to get in touch with, always quick to solve problems. No micromanaging, working alone.
