If you are thinking about working for this company, RUN AWAY. There is zero certainty and we're all waiting for the layoffs which I am sure will be here. They will lie to your face about keeping you until the day you are laid off and then they treat you like dirt -I've seen it time and time again. CFO is over payed and horrible horrible horrible and doesn't even have business experience or a degree in business. CEO won't do anything about it which says something. CEO is a nice guy but board members are uninvolved and make terrible decisions that CEO has to follow. The whole basic foundation of the company is terrible. They talk about core values, but never follow them. All higher ups just hold on to hope for a golden parachute when they get out.
